Toys in Love

For a while now, we’ve had the entire Dai-Dö range from Big Teaze Toys, and I almost feel bad about not writing a review on at least one of them… But, how to choose between heaven and… well, heaven. Well, luckily there’s six of them, so here comes the master dice champion *cough*. – And four it is.

There really is no way to get around the fact that the Dai-Dö range is an exquisite example of quality craftsmanship. All of them are constructed out of solid high-grade aluminum alloy; with an anodized surface to increase wear resistance. The dildos look more like something belonging on a spaceship than in the bedroom, but take my word for it; I’m so glad they left them for us earthlings to play with.

The Dai-Dö range arrives in a black cardboard box, emblazoned with several professional photos and it’s all very shiny and nice. – There would be no problem with this one being a great gift. You’ll also find a list of the toy’s attributes in a barrage of languages, – just in case you thought it was a toaster… The toy itself is wrapped in a layer of plastic and set in to a rather uninspiring and flimsy plastic tray; not good for storage I’m afraid. – But it does come with simple satin drawstring bag, which is strangely 4½ inches longer than it needs to be, – and to be honest; it’s not too good for storage either. – What I did was get a better quality bag for them all but… that’s just me. Getting a toy in this class and I want to make damn sure it’s resting nice and snug, – not to mention safe.

The technical aspects of my dice winner then – The Dai-Dö No.4 – is approx. 7 inches long and 1⅛ inches in diameter, making it perfect for a beginning or intermediate toy fiend. – Or, as in my case, an anal aficionado. – Though there are a few precautions here, but more on that later.

The body itself is aluminum and, obviously, has no give to it. – Making it an unyielding, unforgiving and always uncompromising companion, so it’s a toy not to be taking lightly. – Meaning, even in movements of highest ecstasy, you still need to be alert enough to know what the hell you are doing. A thrust to hard and you could hurt yourself with these toys. And as it stands, loosing yourself in ecstasy is a constant risk with all those ridges moving in and out of you, – and you can trust me on that one!

The main color of the Dai-Dö toys we have is a beautiful, deep red color called, “Red Devotion”. The silicone non-slip band is black with a thin, shiny, stainless steel band framing it on both sides. In the center of the black, non-slip silicone band there is a square “B3 Big Teaze Toys” emblem – also made of shiny stainless steel. While this area is smooth with no deep ridges, it still collects lube like Grand Canyon, and some extra attention during cleaning is required around this area. – But all in all, it is definitely a quite eye-catching and sensual toy for sure!

Aluminum retains heat and cold phenomenally well, so thermal play is not only encouraged, but it’s just such a damn shame if you don’t at least give it a try. So; to warm up your dildo, simply fill a bowl full of hot water and place your dildo inside of it for a few minutes. – If you want to go the icy road; running the dildo under the tap for a few moments is a quick way to chill it down, – you can also stick it in the fridge or in a bowl full of cold water of course. Either way, it’s a great way to make this toy versatile. – One night go hot, the next cold. – Same toy but very different feel.

This dildo is compatible with all lubricants, – according to the box. But having a silicone band, I wouldn’t use anything but a good water-based lube with this one. It’s of course waterproof and great for shower/tub/spa or pool fun, – whatever your pleasure. Personally we love shower and tub sensual play, so it’s been a loyal companion for us in that regard.

The manufacturers say it’s designed for G- and P-spot stimulation, but you better be sure to hold on tight if you use it for prostrate stimulation. The grip is great, but when everything is all lubed up a slippery as a… well, just be sure to hold on tight. Obviously there’s no flared handle or base to prevent it from slipping all the way inside if you push and let go. Always use caution when appropriate – or inappropriate – amounts of lube are present.

The Dai-Dö No.4 is probably one of my most treasured anal toys, so don’t go getting all my warnings the wrong way. – As long as you know what you’re doing and respect the toy, – you are most definitely in for a treat. The pleasure all those smaller ridges will deliver on your prostate, or just from the feeling going in and out – toying with all the sensitive nerve endings around the sphincter – is enough to drive a man over the cliff. – And I mean that quite literally.

Often times my OH will lube it up, and then just slowly run it in and out of me while giving me a blow job, and I’m telling you; very few toys will deliver like this one… – Sometimes it’s like coming three times all at once…

I know picking just one toy from a range as great as the Dai-Dö range is – or may seem – rather ridiculous when we have them all. – But though they are similar in many aspects, they are also very much their own. And if I had to pick just one of them, this one would be a contender for sure!

Big Teaze Toys made six of these Dai-Dö toys and yeah; having them all made seem hare-brained. But when you get one, it’s just a matter of time really. When you feel all this weighty, perfectly sculpted aluminum in your hand, and then see the sheer beauty, – feel the power and intensity of it inside you… – Not to mention the orgasms to follow. – I’m telling you, it’s just a matter of time before you go looking for the next Dai-Dö.

The Dai-Dö range can be bought from almost any store with a decent selection of high-end – or designer – toys. So have at it, see if there’s one from the range you feel speaks to your needs. – And if in doubt, go with No.4.
