The awesome people over at LoveHoney threw the Ophoria: Beyond 3 our way (which is complete fabrication, they sent it by mail…). – They probably want it back, but no damn chance in Hell that’s going to happen anytime soon!

Cool design would be an understatement, – like saying the Eleven is kind’a okay. It’s black with sleek curves, a velvety feel and big bulbous head that’ll probably be the death of my OH. – I think… If not it’ll probably be the death of me… One thing is for sure; this is one of those dildos that’ll suit both sexes with just about equal delight and pleasure.

The Ophoria: Beyond 3 is really quite something to hold. The medical grade silicone is rigid in ways that just gives you that instant feeling; this bloody thing is damn near perfect! It’s got some girth, but not overly so, and it’s probably a dildo most girls will feel quite comfortable with size-wise. It won’t intimidate and it won’t disappoint… The silicone’s got some real weight to it, and it definitely feels sturdy and is obviously a great quality product.

One thing though; The bulbous head can be rather… well, difficult to insert is probably too strong a word, but either be wet, use lube like the dispenser was broken, or just say “to Hell with it, I want something a little rough going in”. Not that it really is though, it’s velvety surface is sleek and smooth and all, – it’s just that the design of the g-spot ‘fist’ can make it a little finicky to insert. Once it’s in though, and the head is homing in on the g/p-spot… wow!

Size-wise it’s got just approx. 6.5” of insertable shaft, it’s 1.5” or so in diameter and about three-quarters of the way up the shaft, toward the handle is a small sort’a button’ish/nub’ish thinghy that’s meant to stimulate the clit. The dildo curves at both ends, which makes for a strong grip when you want that extra pressure on the g/p-spot, and just under the bulbous head you’ll find fine ridges for some extra feel and tickle. Obviously a lot of thinking has been poured into the design of this dildo, – it really is quite stunning.

The silicone is, as mentioned, pure medical grade. – Free of phthalates and other harmful toxins. It’s solid, rigid and unyielding. Not like the soft’ish Fun Factory or Tantus silicone you might be used to. – And that is one of the reasons Beyond 3 works so bloody well. The pressure you will be able to put on the spot of choice is great, and if you slide a bullet into the hole in the handle end… well, then you really got a monster of a dildo.

I’m writing this after a couple of nights with my OH and me having wrestled over this one in bed, – so it’s safe to say that we both thoroughly enjoy this dildo. If you use it anally though, I definitely recommend a starter toy. – Either way a great water-based lube will do wonders. – And given the fact that I made my OH spuirt like no tomorrow, I’d say the dildo works just fine during vaginal-play as well.

Beyond 3 comes in a nice looking and elegant’ish black and white cardboard box, which looks nice enough for a gift or similar’ish. – Not too fancy but nice enough. – And the manufacturer made it clear on the box, that everything is recyclable. There’s a use/care instructions leaflet in multiple languages in the box, – which is pretty straight forward. – As with all silicone toys, cleaning is easy: soap and water, toy cleaner, or toy wipes will all work. – And not to forget; you can have the dildo in charcoal black, deep purple or passion pink.

I absolutely recommend this toy! – Especially for couples, as both partners will find equal pleasure from it. LoveHoney, who was kind enough to let us review the Ophoria: Beyond 3, will let it be yours to hold and keep for far less than seems reasonable. – This one is definitely worth every gold coin in the coffer!
