Toys in Love

Ever since I received the amazing Candy Colored Glass Dildos from Standard Glass I have been searching for a cool, safe and secure storage option for them. And I actually ordered a couple of custom-made pouches through wusketeer on etsy. – Before they arrived though, the swell gang over at LoveHoney flung open the doors to their Summer Lovin’ Sale and… well, there was at least one item I just couldn’t steer clear of…

For Your Nymphomation (FYN) is a collection of storage cases designed to store condoms, pads and tampons, adult toys and novelties and anything else that an individual would like to keep private. And having been doing this for quite a while, I know the reputation of FYN cases is a good solid one. – Never have I owned one though, and what better chance yadiyadi and so on. – Basically I just wanted a cool case worthy a couple of incredible glass toys.

In the collection from FYN is the 10 Incher, and on paper it was a match made in heaven… – Or at the very least sort’a in that neighborhood. The case is designed with good quality faux leather, water resistant nylon linings that easily wash up with soap & water, and glow-in-the-dark zipper pullers (so you can find your case in the dark “in the heat of the moment”,  – as the ad so fittingly phrased it.

I can easily attest to the good quality faux leather. – When the package arrived with the cases, it very much looks and feels like the real deal. Soft as leather that’s been worn and worked over time, and just really looks great. The black color I chose is rich as the pigment would be on leather that been properly saturated. – It’s just a really nice looking little case.

The FYN collection was created thinking of the privacy of people, particularly parents, college students, and for people who live with roommates and so on. – So all cases come with a tiny little padlock and 2 keys for privacy. I wasn’t after privacy though, and to be honest; I don’t give much for the lock they ship the cases with – which everybody with a toothpick could pry open. But then again, if you were dead set on keeping your family jewels in there, it would be a small matter buying a better lock. It’s a nice little feature though. – I would like to mention the unique feature of how the hardware on the zippers slide together with a small hole through which a lock can be slipped, that’s pretty cool!

The exterior being faux leather, the interior is what I would consider satin, it might actually be… But I think it’s some semblance of PVC/Nylon fiber-weave, which is great for easy cleaning with a damp cloth and a rubbing with some sex toy cleaner or similar. – The case is actually water proof enough to be stamped ‘submersible’, which is a great testament to the tight seems throughout.

All told I love these small cases. – Enough to have ordered a few more to house other great toys we own that sort’a ‘deserve’ a better case – or just a case, as we have quite a few toys without. The size of the cases – the 10 inches – makes it perfect for almost any medium sized toy, and God knows we have more than a few toys in that category.

LoveHoney is still going all out with their Summer Lovin’ Sale, and even though I ordered the last of the black 10 Incher cases, there’s still a whole slew of colors to chose from. Have at it, I doubt very much you’ll regret it!
